Will i continue losing weight ?
Yes, the goal of the program is continued weight loss and teaching you how to keep it off for good, however we recommended to joining the 365 program after you lost the majority of the weight in one of the other programs.
What is the difference between this program to others?
This program is destined for our 21 Day Detox Program and 90 Days Transformation Program and 42 day clean eating graduates, and is meant for continued weight-loss, and a more in-depth look at the process! Our goal in this program, other than losing weight, is to deepen our knowledge, adopt a balanced new lifestyle for good.
Do we still have weekly weigh in, daily food logs, and support?
Yes, you will receive all the support and guidance you will need, the program includes: weekly weigh ins, daily food logs, daily support.
Is this program safe to do if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
This program is great for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. We will make certain modifications, but overall, it is a wonderful diet to follow. However, we do suggest that you consult your doctor before starting.
How much can I expect to lose?
3-5 pound per months
Where is the group managed?
The group will be managed on a closed Facebook page (available in English and Hebrew) with everyone that is in the current program with you. There you will post your daily food logs, view Karin’s videos, log in your weigh-ins, etc..


You will receive more than 60 Clean diet exclusive recipes will give you all the delicious taste you're used to, but a lot less guilt!
