Good health doesn’t begin or end in 90 days. In our final video, we teach you how to take all the tools and knowledge you’ve learned throughout the program and apply it to your daily life. We will give you tips on how to dine with family and friends, with work colleagues and on vacation. We give you the low-down on healthy baking and how to slowly introduce more carbohydrates back into your life without overindulging. After 90 days we hope you will continue to be inspired to become the most healthy you have ever felt in your life!
On the detox you will be eating a mix of vegetables, fruits, complex carbs such as squash, oatmeal, sweet potato, and legumes. The diet also incorporates lean proteins such as: turkey, chicken, eggs, and fish, as well as plant based proteins.
The diet can be altered to accommodate most food allergies or medical conditions, however not all. We have a variety of different recipes and food options that will suit most dietary needs but we recommend reaching out to us before signing up.
We have vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options for every meal and snack, as well as tons of recipes.
The average person loses between 6-12 pounds along with 1-5 inches off their hips and waist. The average person loses the most weight in the first week as for energy, better sleep, and clearer skin that usually follows in week 2, 3, and 4
Exercise is not mandatory. However, it is recommended to do at least some form of exercise for 45 minutes, 3 times a week in weeks 2,3, & 4. Yes, you are allowed to have up to 2 cups of coffee a day, and also eat fruit. *though there will be some restrictions in the first week.
This detox is great for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, granted we will make certain modifications but overall it is a wonderful diet to follow.
While preparing food at home is usually the best choice, the diet can still be followed if you choose to dine out. There are tons of healthy food options out there and we will teach you how to order the right foods.
