I struggled with yo-yo dieting all my life. Had a bad relationship with food. And lost and gained 100lbs during my teen’s. At age 21, I realized I had to break the cycle.
Through trial and error, I found a simple way to lose weight, while still eating large portions and the foods I loved. Over time, I was able to maintain a healthy weight ..even after having my son.
Since then, I’ve made healthy eating my life’s mission. As a Nutritionist and Health Coach, I turned the principles of Clean Eating and Positive Mindset into a program that can do the same for anyone—THE CLEAN EATING PROGRAM.
