Guilt free, gluten free donuts 🍩 that you guys have to try!

OMG 😱 this recipe is just Beyond amazing!
For Hanukkah 🕎 or year around
Keto, paleo, low carb and gluten free approved!

Recipe:
To make 4 large or 6 small donuts 🍩
2 eggs
1.5 cups of @bobsredmill almond flour
2 tbsp of milk of choice
1/4 cup of monk fruit / maple syrup
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Topping
Dark chocolate
1 tbsp of plain peanut butter
1 tsp of coconut oil

Instructions:
Preheat the oven for 350
In a bowl mix all the wet ingredients, add in the fry ones and mix well until it’s combined.

Oil a donut pan with some spray oil and divide the batch evenly ( I made 4 big ones )
Bake for 20 min until lightly golden.
In the meanwhile melt the chocolate in the microwave.

In a little saucepan malt the the PB with the coconut oil and set Aside.

Once the donuts are ready let them cook for about 20 min dip them in the chocolate, and glaze the PB on top.
You can do any glazing if choice!
