5 Easy Feel-Good Kid-Friendly Yoga Stretches

You might think that kids and yoga just don’t mix. After all, yoga for adults means a long time of silence and meditation which goal is to bring a sense of calm and restfulness to your daily life. Your kids, on the other hand, not so much. However, science proved that Children, in particular, can greatly benefit from a regular yoga practice for many reasons. These benefits include but are not limited to:
