How do I know which program is right for me?

If you are looking for a long lasting change we recommend doing the 90 Day Transformation Program which fits anyone who wants to lose 15+ pounds or more, wants to learn the ins and outs of healthy lifestyle, and to ensure new lifestyle habits.

The 21 Day Detox is great for anyone who is looking for a boost or to kick start the first step into a healthy lifestyle and not sure where to start. Fits anyone who wants to lose 6-8 pounds and get into the healthy lifestyle grove.

What is the difference between the 21 Day Detox Program and 90 Day Transformation Program?

The 21 Day Detox is a boost meal plan. Because this program is only 21 days we have created meal plans that have been scientifically proven to drop fat (approx. 5-10 lbs) if you stick to it! We do this by eliminating processed foods, gluten, and refined sugars – which brings AMAZING results! You will shed pounds and balance your blood sugar levels while losing inches. 


The 90 Day Transformation Program is a life changing experience (with an approx. 15-25 lbs weight loss). The program begins with a 30 day boost to help balance your hunger levels and lose 3-4% of your body weight. All menus will be personalized to your daily life, dietary needs, job, etc. The second part of the program is where your life starts to change; we focus on the basics of clean eating, teaching you how to eat in moderation, dine out with friends, and turn this lifestyle into a permanent change. Remember, it’s all about how educated and motivated you are and that’s what this course is all about. 

What is the difference between the 21 Day Detox Program and the 21 Day Course?

The 21 Day Detox Program includes daily group support, motivation, and accountability. Daily feedback on your food logs, weekly weigh-in’s, and weekly group zoom calls with Karin. 


The 21 Day Course will allow you access to all of the materials, meal plans, and videos; however, the course does not include any support. It is for you if you want to do it on your own.

What is the difference between the Menopause 90 Day Transformation Program and regular 90 Day Transformation Program?

The 90 Day Menopause Program is a part of the regular 90 Day Transformation; however, since menopause is such a challenging time in women’s lives, we have created a tailored booklet and guidelines with the right supplement recommendations, meal plans, foods, and workout guidelines to help women go through this challenging time in the best way.

What is the difference between the 42 Day Clean Eating Program vs the 21 Day Detox and the 90 Day Transformation Program?

The 21 Day Detox is 21 days of a boost, with more of a strict meal plan. It fits someone who is looking to lose 5-8 pounds and taking the first step into a healthier lifestyle.

The 42 Day Clean Eating Program is more of a flexible meal plan, where you can eat everything in moderation. It fits anyone who wants to lose 8-12 pounds and wants to have the option to have flexibility in the meal plan.

The 90 Day Transformation Program – our flagship program, combines the first 30 days of a boost and continues into the second part which is the clean eating healthy lifestyle. It fits anyone who wants dramatic weight loss (15 -25 pounds ), who wants to ensure permanent weight loss, and create new healthy lifestyles for themselves and their families.

How often do the mentors check in with me?

You have daily communication with the team on the chat and in the groups and daily feedback on your food logs. Within the 90 Day you also have a personal check in with the team once a week.

What is the difference between a private session and a program?

Private sessions with karin or team are one-on-one meetings which can be held at our office or via zoom.

How often is there a new program available to join?

The 21 Day Detox and 90 Day Transformation open monthly. The 42 Day Clean Eating Program opens 2-3 times per year.

Do I need to have a facebook and/or Whatsapp to join the program?

Preferably, yes.

What can I expect from the weekly live zoom meetings?

In the weekly zoom meetings, Karin will review different topics such as emotional eating, how to read food labels, how to get back on track, how to speed up your metabolism and many other topics. The calls are 1 hour long with the option to ask any questions anyone may have.

What if I can’t make the weekly live zoom meeting?

All calls are recorded and available for you to view at a time that works for you.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we have the option for you to pay in 3 installments for the 90 Day Transformation Program with no interest fee.

What kind of foods will I be eating ?

Are there any diet pills or supplements I am required to take?

No, we use whole real foods. No diet pills or shakes.

Will I receive a guided meal plan and can it be modified for me?

Yes, you will get our guidebook with weekly meal plans. Within the 90 Day Program you will have an opening call with the team where you can modify, make any change, and ask any questions.

How often does the meal plan change?

We provide weekly meal plans.

Is exercise required?

No. We do recommend it, but it is not required.

Is the program in English or Hebrew and how does that work?

We have groups in both English and Hebrew.

How much weight can I lose in these programs?

What happens after I complete a program?
