This program was created to help you achieve the results you are aiming for.
For us, fitness is more than working out, it is a lifestyle. You will improve the quality of your life and connect with your body. We will teach you to train properly so that you can strengthen your body and achieve the results you are aiming for. The workshop and training will be based on functional training. The purpose of functional training is to simulate and improve daily activities such as walking, bending, and pushing. It involves the core muscles with different muscle groups which work together in several planes of motion in parallel with the need to provide stability and strength. During the training, we will adapt the exercises to your needs in regards to speed, flexibility, coordination, reaction time, improvement of core muscle stability and balance between different muscle groups.
