How many times you have those moments that you don’t feel like doing something good for yourself?
Yesterday I had a crazy busy day ( like every day ) I woke up not feeling like working out, the day went by – At 6:00 PM in the middle of a super biz evening at home with kids but I said stop 🛑 I need an hour for myself, so even though I never do evening workouts I made myself a good cup of coffee and left the house thinking, you’ll so good after just get up and go.
The workout was awesome 👏 and the feeling after is worth it.

It is easy to fall into an all-or-nothing mentality, where if you fall off your diet and workout, you throw your hands in the air and give up… but I am here to tell you it does not have to be that way! 👏
Consistency and persistence are the key to success. 🔑 STICK WITH IT! 😄
It is not about if you fall off the wagon, it is about how quickly you get back on.
