Flat Belly? No problem!

One of the most common desires I hear from my weight-loss clients is to lose belly fat and tone the stomach.

We can all agree that belly fat ooks ugly! To top it off, it also hides a slew of health issues like diabetes, heart disease, and more. Fat that collects between your organs, such as your stomach and intestines, is known as belly fat or visceral fat. This causes toxins to build up in your body, impairing organ function and increasing your risk of diseases like Type 2 Diabetes.

If you want to lose weight around your waist, you should start by eating a high-fiber diet. Make sure you don’t consume too much sugar, which includes sugar in colas and cold coffees. Processed foods should be avoided because they may already be high in trans-fats.

You must also maintain an active lifestyle in addition to conscientious eating. Many people’s immediate reaction is to collapse and begin crunching. While crunches have their place in a core workout, they only work one muscle group in the abdominal area. It’s critical to include workouts that target all of the muscle groups that make up your core in order to achieve genuine benefits.
